Shipping and Returns
All orders are sent the next day after the order has been placed. Same day shipping can be arranged, please contact us to discuss this option if required.
Our main aim is for you to be happy with your purchase. Once your order arrives, if something isn’t right please let us know ASAP.
Your order will be shipping via Courier or Australia Post which may take up to 10 business days for delivery. If you’re not home to receive your parcel, the driver will leave a calling card with details on how to arrange the re-delivery of your parcel.
We have the option of free shipping across our online store with the option of Express Shipping at checkout.
Delivery of items are subject to availability. Integral Promotions cannot accept responsibility or liability for any product it is not able to make or supply and a full refund or exchange option is given if items cannot be supplied. We will notify you of any unexpected delays for items that are not in stock.
We want you to be 100% happy with our products. If for whatever reason you’re not happy with your purchase you may return the item at your own cost within 5 days of receiving your order and we will issue you a store credit. Returned items must be in its original packaging and in original condition in order to receive a store credit. If you would like to return your items, please contact us via our contact page. Unfortunately, no exchanges or returns are offered for sale items.
We reserve the right to refuse any returned items that have been damaged after they are received by you or if they are not in new condition and original packaging. Refused items will be posted back to you and additional postage will be charged. We accept no responsibility for returns that are sent by non-traceable postage methods and are not received. Unfortunately without the items returned, we cannot issue an exchange or refund. We strongly suggest you send your returns using a traceable method with a tracking ID.
Please note that we take great care in packaging and items rarely arrive damaged. But if any of your items do arrive damaged please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order and we will (at our discretion) either refund your purchase price or send you replacement items. We require that you take a quick picture of the damaged item and send it to us.
If a package is returned to us marked undeliverable, we will contact you to organise re-delivery at your own cost. If you do not respond, you will be refunded the original purchase price but not the shipping charges.
